- No loudspeakers outside.
- Please respect quiet hours from 14.30-17.00 and 23.00-7.00
- Minimum age of renter: 21yo
- Please note: Make yourselves at home, but please use it as you would your own! Any damages caused, you will be asked to pay for.
- Attention:The house is being monitored for security reasons.Tampering with and/or covering the outdoor security camera(s) will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

COVID 19 policy
- We use cleaning chemicals that are effective against coronavirus. Linens, towels, and laundry are washed in accordance with local authority guidelines.
- Guest accommodation is disinfected between stays.
